Becoming a Master Gardener

A few years ago, we began taking classes at our local extension services to become Master Gardeners. It was a pretty neat program, covering all aspects of gardening. How to diagnose problems with all types of plants from grass to trees, and how to treat the problems. In a few short weeks we were bombarded with tons of information, and a huge reference book to help us locate information as needed.
